Loredo Labs is a website design agency and business automation specialist in Raleigh, North Carolina. We build the websites, CRM systems, and marketing automation that home service businesses and contractors run on — in English and in Spanish.
The origin
I'm Ricardo Loredo-Cruz. Loredo Labs started with a simple reality: my father's phone ringing out while he was up a ladder, and me watching those jobs walk out the door.
It began from watching a painting business run entirely on missed calls and sticky notes. The jobs were out there. Someone would call, get voicemail, and by the time anyone called back they had already reached the next name on Google. Nothing about that was a shortage of work — it was a shortage of system.
So I built the system. Not a marketing campaign, not a prettier brochure site: the thing that answers the phone at nine at night, writes the job down, follows up on its own, and puts it on the calendar before it can be forgotten.
I grew up in this trade. I built this for it.
