We cover the whole Triangle.
None of it in person.

Raleigh, Wake Forest, Rolesville, Durham, Cary and Chapel Hill — one service area, served the same way in all six.

The same six questions.

These are the questions a map on this page would be pretending to answer. They are answered directly instead.

Which cities do you cover?

All six, the same way.

Raleigh, Wake Forest, Rolesville, Durham, Cary and Chapel Hill. One service area rather than six territories — there is no tier, no zone, and no nearest-office logic sitting behind it.

Do you come out to the job site?

No — nothing is built on site.

The strategy call is a call. The build, the launch and the training all happen remotely. There is no visit to schedule, and none to wait on before anything starts.

Are you actually local?

Raleigh — and it changes nothing.

Loredo Labs is based in Raleigh, North Carolina, and built by Ricardo Loredo-Cruz, who grew up in the trade. It is where we sit, not how far we come.

Will my customers be able to tell where you are?

They call the same number.

You keep your existing business number, and calls route through the system invisibly.

My customers call in Spanish. Does that hold up outside Raleigh?

Both languages, everywhere.

The system answers in English and Spanish anywhere in the area, and the language is set when it is built.

Does being further out slow the build down?

One week, either way.

Most systems go live within a week of the strategy call. Being further out does not change that; complex integrations do, and those get scoped up front.

What does change.

These three variables are what shape the build, and they are why two systems in the same city are not the same system.

Your trade

A painting business and a landscaping business lose calls in different places. Painters talk interior versus exterior, color and sheen, repaint cycles; landscapers talk routes, stops and the spring rush. The system gets built around how yours actually runs.

Your language

English, Spanish, or both — set to match the customers who actually call you.

Your existing system

If you already run a CRM that works, it gets integrated. If you don't, one gets built. Either way the ongoing side is month-to-month, with no long-term contract.

Six cities. One call.

Fifteen minutes, and nothing signed on the call.
